Ed is a true professional and was excellent to work with. Easy to work with and follows through. Made the process very easy and answered all the questions we had. Was flexible in timing and cleaned up after. Also spent the time necessary to make sure we understood what needed to be done to care for it and to ensure it lasts a long time.
