Hart Bulkhead Construction has been replacing bulkheads on Cape Cod and southern Mass since 1993.Ed returned my first phone inquiry within an hour and we set up a time for him to see what the job would entail. He gave me a price and we set the date for installment. The door was delivered ahead of time as scheduled and Ed arrived right on time and did a great job removing the old door, installing the new one and cleaning up after. Ed is a true gentleman and did a great job. He also recommended a painter to paint the new bulkhead because I didn't know they came in a rust color and then need to be painted.
